Dr. Rajesh Jadav completed his Master’s in Veterinary Pathology. His background is in preclinical toxicology, with more than 13 years of experience in the pre clinical field. He has worked with renowned pharmaceutical companies such as Sun Pharma
Advanced Research Centre and Torrent Research Centre, gaining deep insight into the drug development process. His core expertise lies in the interpretation of toxicity studies—a critical and essential step in ensuring drug safety for humans.

Dr Rajeshkumar started his professional journey with Sun Pharma Advanced Research Company as Research Assistant in 2023.
He worked at grass root level to understand & implement best animal care practices for highest quality animal supplies and also actively involved in implementation of GLP quality system at the SPARC. He worked as study personnel in acute, sub-acute, chronic, inhalation, ocular, carcinogenicity and reproductive study. He conducted various studies of rodents and non – rodents animals as Study Director. Preparation of SOPs and Toxicology study reports|
As his extended journey of experience, in his association with SPARC (one of the privately held pharmaceuticals company in India) supported the company on GLP test facility. Also, implemented GLP quality system and obtained GLP certification. He also parts the innovation team to deliver the projects from NCE synthesis till clinical phase investigation.
In 2023, embarked on a new chapter as Scientist II at Torrent Research Centre, contributing to cutting-edge research initiatives. During his tenure at Torrent Research Centre, he developed deep expertise in designing toxicity studies, with a strong emphasis on dose-response relationships, understanding the mechanism of action of molecules, and interpreting toxicity data. His work led to the accurate determination of the No Observed Adverse Effect Level (NOAEL), facilitating progression to the next phase of drug development. He was also actively involved in outsourcing preclinical projects and demonstrated a thorough understanding of strategic approaches when collaborating with various Contract Research Organizations (CROs).
He is an expert in interpreting toxicity studies and evaluating histopathology slides, with specialized skills in bone marrow analysis—including micronucleus test (MNT) slides—special staining techniques, immunohistochemistry, and morphometric assessments. His proficiency extends to peer review of pathology slides and comprehensive pathology reporting. He has served as a Toxicologic Pathology Consultant and currently holds the position of Peer Review Pathologist at Accuprec Research Labs Pvt. Ltd.

Dr. Jaymin Patel (Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences)
Dr. Jaymin Patel (Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences), a scientific expert associated with our company, is an experienced pharmacologist with over 16 years of research experience. His primary areas of research include the fundamentals of
immunology, particularly T cells and signaling, innate immunity, and B-cell function. He is proficient in using DD Solver (an Excel add-in for kinetic treatment of formulations). Dr. Patel has successfully completed consultancy projects with Sylvanus Bioscience Ltd. and Vasa Pharm. Chem. Pvt. Ltd. He has guided and mentored 36 M.Pharm students in their postgraduate research projects. He holds professional affiliations with IGPA (Indian Pharmacy Graduates’ Association) and GPTA (Gujarat State Pharmacy Teachers Association).
He began his professional career as an Assistant Professor at K. J. College of Pharmacy, where he was appointed Head of the HNGU (Hemchandracharya North Gujarat University) Committee at the college level for official correspondence—demonstrating strong organizational and leadership skills in managing research projects.
He later joined L. J. Institute of Pharmacy, Ahmedabad, as an Assistant Professor, where he made significant contributions to various research projects. During this tenure, he served as the Head of the AICTE (All India Council for Technical Education) Committee at the college level.
He was subsequently promoted to Associate Professor at the same institute and has served as the In-charge Head of the Department of Pharmaceutical Technology since 2018, providing effective leadership, strategic direction, and mentorship to faculty and students.
Owing to his expertise in research projects, he has been appointed as a member of both the NAAC Committee and the IQAC Committee at the LJ University level.
